QUOSIT is certified according to the current UNI EN ISO-9001:2015 standards. All activities carried out by the Company are guaranteed by a quality system certified by CSQA. The certification is valid for the following application field: Design, technical consultancy, and construction management of industrial plants. QUOSIT annually defines quality objectives and assigns to the members of the Organization responsibilities, resources, and means necessary for their achievement. The objectives set by QUOSIT are:
- Improvement of the image and reputation among the community, in terms of the ability to provide a range of services that meet the needs of the Client;
- Satisfaction of interested parties;
- Compliance with explicit and implicit contractual commitments;
- Care in communication towards the user;
- Raising the quality levels of the service, pursued through training and updating activities for the staff;
- Compliance with regulations on safety in the workplace.
